Chad was our inspector and we had a wonderful experience today. He explained and showed us everything in great detail. He’s knowledgeable, super cool, and amazing person! Nunnallee Inspections were great. From the scheduling with Debbie to the actual inspector Chad, I had no issues and felt very comfortable with the quality of the job done. Chad took his time explaining things to me as well. He didn't seem rushed and seemed detail oriented. They even worked with me regarding timing and dates and when the builder misinformed me that my sprinklers were ready to be inspected, they worked to make sure this also got done despite a hiccup! I couldn't recommend them more highly. My experience was great.

Great experience. It's always a bit hectic during house purchasing and getting everything scheduled during the option period. Scheduling was quick and accurate. Brian White was on time and professional throughout. Estimate of time needed was accurate and solid report both verbally and written report afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I had a superb experience with Kyle (the owner) and Debbie (the office manager). I was in a situation that needed the home inspection done as soon as possible. After hearing about it, Debbie and Kyle scheduled a special appointment the very next day. Not only Kyle was really thorough during his inspection, he also took extra time to explain the inspection report in details afterwards.
