My family member, Maria Glorioso, highly recommends NY Waterproofing. Especially the George Carpozi team! The work involved repairing leaks from an exterior wall and the foundation of a building. She was provided a detailed scope of the work and corresponding invoice which was verbally and clearly explained to her. Work was complete on the agreed date and time in a professional manner. They also provided her with certificates of liability for insurance purposes as requested. Team George paid much attention to detail overseeing and completing the work. She has all intention on doing business with them again if the need arises.

These guys were great. Unlike the other 4 companies I reached out to, they actually responded. Reviewed my needs and had a quote to me in 24 hours. They identified the areas where my leak was occurring and started repairs the next day. The completely re-pointed my entire chimney and repairs the walls in my basement in 2 1/2 days. They were neat and cleaned up everything leaving no debris or garbage on site. I would highly recommend them.

Stay away from NY Waterproofing & Masonry We called this company on Jujy 20, 2024 and spoke to Jonathan Very pleasant man and quick to respond Came to see what we wanted done and gave an estimate We had a date of work to start 7/25/24 He sent his men and it took almost 3 days to finish job by 7/27/24 I was told they would be back in a month to paint and complete the job I'm still waiting My mistake was I paid in full Before the month was over, he said my Chimney needed work, I agreed and they came and took care of the chimney again I paid in full on 8/1/24 with the understanding they would come back to complete the paint job. Again told to wait another month Waited and started calling on September 24, 2024. One day it rained and very rudely said we can't come don't you see the rain I continued to make calls either no responds, said we'll call later, and brother took messages and Jonathan never called back Then was told the company had problems with the business but will get it done called many times 10/8 10/11 10/25 10/27 12/2 Now they have Blocked my number and all calls or messages not accepting calls. Very unreliable Not professional Don't use this company they get your money not finish the job and ignore calls or you don't pay in full until all is done

John and his crew were amazing. John stopped by one afternoon to let me know he saw a few bricks and mortar missing on my 100 year old chimney. I really never looked up at the chimney since we took our TV antenna down years ago. Haha. So that began our working friendship. His crew worked efficiently and quickly for three days and now our chimney is stable and secure once again. I highly recommend this company. John answers his phone and is constantly available if I had questions or concerns.

Paid in full and was given contract for 25 years warranty after waterproofing repair for the balcony. However they stop responding and I am unable to reach them anymore when the water damage reoccurred.

John and his crew were great, highly recommend. Efficient, skilled, and great communication = a great job. All aspects of the work are top notch and not to mention they were completely accommodating to all requests and questions I had before, during, and after the work was done.
