Oak Crest Roofing

We used Oak Crest Roofing after Hurricane Ian totally destroyed our home. We paid quite a bit more for our job than any other estimates. Mainly because Rory and Tanner were both awesome...attentive and always in contact. Tanner did a fabulous job dealing with our insurance company. BUT.. when all is said and done, WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Our roof took over 2 month to actually do the work, but it took months to schedule. Nothing was done most days. Then Oak Crest kept using our contractors dumpster, which was $800 a pop to empty. They left debris all over our front yard and driveway, and our neighbor stepped on a nail in a board when doing our law. We ended up cleaning up after them every time they came. Nails everywhere! And after all that. The roof looks awful! Some of our soffits were destroyed, which we were promised would be fixed, along with the LEAKS. But poof...they have disappeared. $30,000 later (for our little old ranch built in 1968) and now we have to find and PAY someone else to fix it. I wish we had listened to our contractor and cancelled them.

The project manager did everything she promised she would do. I only had to take one phone call from my insurance company and the rest of the work from start to finish was handled by Oak Crest Roofing. They cleaned up all their trash on the day of the build and you couldn't tell they were ever at my home at the end of the roof installation; well besides a new beautifully installed roof. I am very happy with the service and quality I received from project manager, Jamie Ptak.

I had Oak Crest replace my roof almost 4 years ago. It turns out when they did it, they didn't put the nails in the tack strip on the shingles in a large section of my roof. The shingles came loose in that and have caused a leak in my roof. Since their workmanship warranty is only 2 years, I am out of luck... even tho they didn't install the product correctly. Their "warranty department " wasn't interested in seeing pictures or to coming out and look at the issues for themselves... only telling me that it wasn't their problem. Do yourself a favor and use another company... this one is junk.

Oak Crest replaced my roof under a hail damage claim The were outstanding in every way. Their knowledge of codes, requirements and changes in the laws was instrumental in having my insurance company pay for ALL improvements and upgrades. There shingle choices would satisfy any and all needs. The quality and speed of the crew was by far the best I have seen. And i have seen 5 houses in the neighborhood in the neighborhood done by other companies in the last year. . Oak Crest would be my selection going forward and I cannot recommend them highly enough

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work Oak Crest did on our roof. Aaron Bailey was our account representative and was outstanding to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about roofing and was very personable to work with. He was always available to help us with any questions we had and to guide us through the process every step of the way. i would highly recommend Oak Crest because of Aaron and the quality work the company did.

What a great experience with this company and their representative Aaron Bailey. I used Oak Crest on recommendation of two friends. We all needed new roofs because of the hailstorm in April 2018. Oak Crest came out and checked my roof (no charge), got in touch with my insurance company and helped with all the paperwork. Aaron was great to work with, he was so pleasant and helpful, he even hauled away two old satellite dishes for me. The workers did a great job, start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with Aaron and Oak Crest and highly recommend them!

I searched for a roofing contractor for a few months before I decided to go with Oak Crest. Mike Binney was very friendly and he walked us through each phase of the project. As a first time home owner we weren't familiar with all the steps but Mike worked with us and anytime we had any questions he was only a phone call away. He worked directly with our insurance company and kept us up to date on the status at all times. The work was completed quickly. We found a few nails in our yard after the crew left but Mike personally came out and went through our yard with a magnet to ensure the yard was cleaned. Overall Oak Crest was great to work with and I recommend them to anyone in need of repairs and/or a new roof.
