OC Home Inspect

OC Home Inspect was the best choice. Our realtor had given us a list of recommended inspectors and OC from the beginning was extremely responsive! Brian A. was communicative, professional, and very detail oriented. I’ve had other inspections done and this was by far one of the most thorough inspections and just efficient processes and teams to work with. Buying a new home can be scary, but having the right team, like OC Home Inspect to make sure the fine details and intricacies of a property - especially an old one - were reviewed and documented put us in a good spot to know what types of issues we’ll have tackle with this or any future home purchase. Hoping this is "our home" but if it isn’t, we’ll definitely be using Brian and the OC team again for any future property inspections.

Brian is super fast and exceptionally thorough! We were having trouble finding availability for inspections within a short contingency period, and Brian exceeded expectations. We requested camera inspection for pipes and mold checks, in addition to general inspection. All reports came back within a day or two. Highly recommend
