We would recommend this company. They gave us a free roof inspection and documented (with pictures) of our roof and made repair suggestions. They gave us ample time (30 days) to make our final decision whether to proceed with roof repairs and broke down the estimate & suggested finance options. Repairs were made on time and roofers totally focused on their work. Diego was very professional with details of the roof work. He answered all our questions in a timely manner. Diego emphasized the quality of the roofing material workmanship. He was on site and kept us updated throughout the repair process. I commend the roofers involved who worked so diligently on our two-story house. It takes a lot of focus to be up there, and get great work accomplished.

Amazing experience! We noticed a wet spot on our roof and reached out to Occidental. Alejandro responded and had someone scheduled to come out ASAP. The team was fast, professional, and incredibly thorough. They were on top of it and were able to completely repair the interior and exterior damage before Thanksgiving. The repairs were done with great quality, and their communication and customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced. I had Occidental do my roof after hail damage. Gustavo was awesome, he handled all the paperwork, took care of all the insurance issues and made sure that they completely covered the replacement roof. Then his crew did a beautiful job.
