Odyssey Home Remodeling

After getting a coupon in the mail, I decided to do some research about Odyssey Home Remodeling. Based on the reviews and the BBB rating, I called them to set an appointment. When the representative arrived, he was very professional and informative. I feel like a roof expert now! : ) He was able to give me prices for a couple of options I liked, and after I decided on which one I wanted, I hired them to do my roof. The crew that installed my roof was great. They showed up early, and was able to get my roof done in one day! Even though it looked like a bomb went off during work, they really cleaned up afterwards so it looked like they weren't even there. My overall experience with Odyssey was fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good company to work on their home.

We had our side-by-side condo’s roof done with Odyssey. Marcus was great to work with! We had estimates from four different companies, and he outdid them all with his prompt responses (some after hours, sorry) and willingness to hear our questions/concerns. He took the time to walk us through the whole process from beginning to end and answered any questions we had throughout this process. Production on the roof began less than a month after signing. The installation team was friendly and hard working. The old roof was torn down and the new one was up in one day. We also got new gutters that were installed a few days later. They too, look great! The roof came out looking amazing. I will be using Odyssey again for other remodeling needs.

We are very happy with our new roof. Marcus was our salesman and he showed a real interest in us and was respectful and helpful. He understood everything about roofing and took his time to explain and go over everything. He wrote on the contract that the roofers should over the flowers and bushes surrounding the house. The roofers did so and covered our new sidewalk as well. The roofers were here on time and worked quickly and cleaned up everything outside. They were here from 0700 until nearly 5:00 p.m. Everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Odyssey Home Improvement and we love Marcus.

My husband and I are very, very pleased with the new roof. Our salesman, Andrew, is very knowledgeable, polite and not pushy. He thoroughly explained the selection and types of products we chose and provided honest answers. Ivan, the crew chief, was on top of things and also answered questions at any time. The crew cleaned up as they went along. All bushes and flowers and AC unit were covered. A thorough final check was done around the house before the final inspection performed by Andrew.
