I was very pleased with the work from the Ohio Basement Authority. The men were very professional. The work was completed in a timely manner. The CFI Wayne Gray explained the process that would be taking place in a way that was easy to understand. The installers Greg Merrill and Shawn Taylor were very professional and kind. They explained everything they would being doing one step at a time. The Concrete lift was amazing and everything looks as good as new. Thank you, Lana Hauth

Ohio Basement Authority has completed several jobs for me over the past 6 years. We have been pleased with their work. Recently we have had Hunter as our go to service person. He goes above and beyond to help us. Hunter is everything you could wish an employee to be: responsible, reliable and respectful. He returns calls promptly and explains what he is doing. OBA is fortunate to have him working for them. Edited to add: Nov 2025 Chris M came to do my annual inspection and maintenance earlier this month. He called the day before and showed up when he said he would. He explained what he was going to do did exactly what he said he was going to do. He also addressed some issues with more recent work done by OBA. I really appreciated his help. He was courteous and kind and very helpful.

Highly do not recommend Ohio Basement Authority for any plumbing/basement leaking issues. I dropped $3300 for to be left with worse leaks than prior to their sump pump installation and also got left with a sloppy job left behind as seen in the photos. They left a major hole in my drywall with a random extra hole for no reason. The drywall around the pipe going outside is sloppy and trashed. Their french drainage system runs at an angle and not along side of the house where the issues persist. Oh, and for the damages left behind, they offered me a whole $250 for repairs.

Hollis Smith performed a thorough inspection of our driveway in a reasonable amount of time. He answered all our questions and even had short videos for us to watch. The work crew arrived promptly for their appointment. Greg and Shawn listened attentively while I explained my concerns. I am still amazed that they were able to lift the entire driveway which had sunk about 3 inches. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for quality work and professional people.

Very thorough inspection. I was a bit uneasy about the process prior to the inspection, but Damon Wolfe explained the process in detail prior to doing the inspection. I thought it would end up being a high pressured sales call. However, Damon was thorough in the inspection itself and when complete was very knowledgeable about what needed done to find a solution for my issue. Like every company, they need to make money, but Damon went through the steps they would take and explained the quote in a professional, unpressured way. Thank you!
