Monty has been very nice to work with. I had many question and he has been very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. He treated a cockroach issue at a rental property and I have asked many follow up questions and he has given me good suggestions/guidance. He worked me into his schedule (same day) as we were heading out for vacation and I didn't want to leave the house untreated for an entire week. Again, I appreciate your kindness and patience. Monty has been nothing but wonderful over the last decade we've used his services. First experience was when he helped me when my husband was deployed and we had just moved into our first house, and as with most very old houses, mice in the attic! He's so kind, very prompt, always on time, always competitive pricing and excellent and effective work. He now does my Grandmother's home, too, inside and out. Grateful for Monty. Any other company is essentially highway robbery for less IMO. Don't waste your money elsewhere and stick with supporting a small, local and wonderful business.

Monty responded quickly to our initial call, gave me a 2-hour window of time for his arrival, and showed up within that window of time. He was friendly and respectful of our home, asked questions about our pets, and made sure to ask before just arbitrarily placing the pest control in the house. He explained the "why" and the "how" of what he was doing. I hope to never need his service again at this house, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call him!

I contacted Monty for pest control services in September. Nice guy and reasonably priced. However, the day of the the services, Monty was late without notice. When he arrived, he had a bucket of poison packets. I asked if he was going to do an inspection first, he said no, mice can come in any where so just winterize the place. Wow! Monty proceeded to toss the packets here and there. About 15-20 packets for $150. Rip off. I called Monty 2 wks later to tell him that I still had rodent activity. He just said give the packets more time to work. I hung up and called Terminix. They came out in a timely manner, did an inspection, placed bait inside and out and showed me the exterior places that needed to be shored up. All for $99 plus tax. That's how it's done, Monty.

Had mice in our attic. My other half is deployed so this was an absolute no go for dealing with by myself. Called at noon he was at our home by 1:15!! Earlier than his proposed time. He was thorough, quick, and super kind! Thank you Monty!!!! You're a life saver!!!! I will definitely be using him to keep the bugs out too next year! No brainer. Update: We continue to use Monty yearly for bug prevention and now our neighbor does, too! I have to say, as for the bad reviews concerning the packets, what an awful thing to say about him and his work. Monty crawls around in undesirable places to place them, not only that, but the packets dehydrate them to nothing basically so you don't have to worry about smell/disease IF they remain in the house. He deserves every dollar he is paid and then some. Compared to these bigger companies, his customer service, availability and prices are AMAZING.

Horrible experience. Monty was late about 20min and he didn’t even notify me. I wouldn’t know if I didn’t call. Before he started to spray anything I asked him if I needed to go outside and wait and he told me I didn’t have to and it should dry in about 30min. After the service I was having really bad rashes all over my body so I called him and asked him if the chemicals potentially cause allergic reactions and his response was "Oh I don’t know. I’m not a doctor." How come a professional like him doesn’t know the risks, the causes or the effects of the chemicals? I don’t get it. He even thought that the rashes were from other stuff in my house or as if I did something wrong to have all those rashes. I just came back from work, showered and ready for bad as I normally do and nothing happened prior to this service. All I did was asked him if it’s possible for those chemicals to cause allergic reactions. He didn’t have to be mean or be unprofessional. But yeah I’m glad I didn’t go into anaphylactic otherwise this will become a big issue.

Monty responded promptly to my concerns about ants in our kitchen. He came out the next day after calling to confirm the time, and diagnosed the issue right away and treated it inside and out. He was professional, courteous and prompt and the price was very reasonable. I’d highly recommend!
