On Top Service - Chimney & Roofing Services

We had On Top Service come out earlier in October to clean out drier vent and to do a chimney sweep. We have a very basic fireplace, so it was no surprise when Scott Spain went over a short list of things that needed to be repaired. He sent over the estimate for the repairs for my husband and I to go over. While we decided what we wanted to do there was absolutely no aggressive sales push for our business. When we finally decided to go through with all the repairs and bringing items up to code, Mr Spain had our appointment made for less than a week. Everyone that we dealt with were very polite and courteous. Everything was done in a timely manner. Scott Spain of On Top Service plus Alfonso + another helper came today to secure our metal chimney with galvanized steel rope. Other last minute items were needed, so Scott purchased them + we reimbursed him. He + his team did a fabulous job! The big test will be when the fierce storms of Feb. come. Scott provided a clear contract, was consistent throughout, + completely respectful. His contract warranties the work for a year + he provided info that showed his employees were covered in case of injury. My husband + I were completely impressed with his manner + businesslike attitude. We will definitely have him back to do many other jobs, because he apparently does everything well + our house is 30 yrs. old! We are so happy we found him. No wonder he has a ton of 5 star reviews.

We contacted On Top Service to check out our gas fireplace. Scott came to our home and he did an excellent refurbishment on our fireplace. He also cleaned out our dryer vent while he was here. Scott provided us with great service and we will definitely be using On Top Service in the future!

We have used this company for multiple chimney cleanings and inspections and they always do a fantastic job. They are very thorough and leave the house sparkling clean. They are honest and their pricing is fair and I have never felt like they were being "salesy" like some other companies we’ve used in the past. Phenomenal experience!

I highly recommend On Top Service! We needed a chimney sweep and for a professional to check the integrity of the fire place before we used it. Scott came out and he was very professional and nice. He did the chimney sweep and gave some recommendations that we plan to do at a later time.

I can not say enough great things about the service we received from On Top Service. We just bought our home and had issues with the gas igniting, as well as not having logs. We received another estimate from Master Services who was going to charge us $1000 more but they didn’t explain anything and I felt they cared about my pocket more than the fire safety of my home. Scott came out, gave me an estimate, and fixed the igniter immediately. I got an estimate for a complete chimney makeover and new logs, his price was competitive and his attention to detail was top notch. He completed the log refurbish and chimney makeover within 3 days. I ordered my own mantel, so am waiting until tomorrow for them to completely finish. I am absolutely ecstatic and love the stone work he recommended. I will absolutely be using On Top Service for all future cleanings. To top it all off, he even cleaned my dryer vents for free. Thank you so much!!!!
