I’m very happy with the product, price and service that I received from One Source heating and cooling company! They are my go to source from now on! I was with another company for years and they tried to scam me twice! One Source has been honest with me and offered a great price! I highly recommend them! Their service men have been very polite and knowledgeable.

This was an annual maintenance checkup of the heating part of our HVAC system. The technician did a comprehensive job and answered several questions we had related to our furnace and newer products. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We have relatives coming for Thanksgiving and Christmas and we're confident that we'll have reliable, high-quality heat while they stay with us.

I am so happy with the quality and service provided by our technician and this company. Our technician Emory was extremely thorough servicing our Heating and Air unit. He was very nice to explain everything to my husband. I am also very pleased that I called and was able to talk to someone on the phone and also to set up a service that day. The technician called and I also received a text with a photograph so that I would know what he looked like and when he would be arriving. I am very pleased that they did this because you can never be too careful anymore. I am extremely pleased with the value of the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Emory Flores pulled me out of a tight spot having a infant in the house and 2 other younger kids. Got my unit running, at least until we can sort the entire repair. Helped me out big, came out when it was late and really did me right. His help allowed me to have a cooled down house and much less stress on me for the night. I had a wonderful experience with One Source this morning. The technician, Mark, was very professional and thoroughly explained what he did to repair my A/C. He also advised of some other repairs that I should consider in the near future due to the age of my unit ( which I really appreciated! ) I will definitely use One Source from here on out.

Called on a Sunday evening to get on the schedule as our upstairs unit had quit working. Left word with their answering service and received a call back within minutes. Was scheduled for Monday morning appointment. Emory was our tech and he called several times to keep us aware of his eta. Once here he diagnosed the problem quickly and had us blowing cold within 30 minutes. He also went ahead and did a diagnostic on both units just make sure and he reported everything was good to go. Very professional and cost of repair was super reasonable. We were so impressed with the service from start to finish that we signed up for the maintenance package.
