Onepiece drywall & paint LLC

We have popcorn ceilings in our home; some small areas upstairs and a large portion with water damage in the kitchen needed repair and the job was expertly done by Owen Garcia and his crew. They were on time... on budget (ours!)... and on our list to call again for the home repair/remodeling work. I can say this - Owen was open, honest, personable and easy to work with. They’re super nice guys but they missed entire sections of drywall to sand and cut outlet boxes way too big.

I cannot express how far to run from this company. If I can save someone the trouble that I got from this company, then in some way for my over paying for poor craftsmanship, perhaps the money paid for services not rendered, will be for something. I had a roughly 10ft section of drywall the needed to be installed around some windows. I called these guys for a quote, it was very high. $1100 for a 10ft section with 2seams (I paid more for painting). However, I normally don’t go to the cheapest because generally you get poor results. Well, I was wrong. I paid a-lot for very poor results. Most of the work will need to be redone. High price for poor work. They showed up and had a good game face. The put down paper on the floors and hung plastic wrap from the ceiling. Although it had 3 ft gaps at the top so no dust mitigation happened. Meaning dust went throughout the house. If you decide to use these fake drywall professionals be sure to get everything in writing. They seem to live in the realm of up-charge and bait & switch. I never got all the product that was agreed upon. The quality of the craftsmanship was so poor that I simply couldn’t have them back. They offered to do "touch ups ". However, the work was so poor that most work would have to be redone from scratch. If these "professionals" couldn’t get it close to acceptable the first time, how could the "touch ups " fix the quality problems. When really it just needed to be redone. They didn’t clean up before paining or take any precautions. They got paint on every window , on the ceiling and floor. The just rolled the drywall debris into the paint. Some areas the put it on so heavy (I assume to do it in one coat) it has drips. Save yourself the trouble. Find anyone else. I can only assume the positive review are friends and family.

Very professional, friendly, and fast! Mr. Oswen gave same day service and even quoted me on some other repairs needed in my home. He will definitely be my go to for all my repair needs in this fixer-upper of mine.

Don’t hesitate and don’t think twice, book your appointment and let them get the job done. My tub was soooo ugly and hideous and I called them about it and he came out the next day. When I say I am VERY SATISFIED with the results I mean everything was fantastic just like I wanted it I have a brand new tub all over again thanks to One piece remodeling & drywall LLC you guys are the BEST IN THE CITY. I will definitely be calling you again and telling my family and friends about your GIFTED HANDS
