I have mixed feelings about the work OneRestore did at my home as a result of the tornadoes that hit Tallahassee in May 2024, tossing a huge tree through my roof. Ultimately, work was started 6 months after the event and completed 2.5 months later. Do I feel like everything is structurally sound, yes. Is the work, particularly the finish work, sloppy, unfortunately, also yes. Overall, I feel that it is possible my small and not high end home meant that I got a B crew instead of an A crew. Dealing with the project manager was difficult and multiple mistakes were made. I’m left hoping I never have to go through any kind of renovation again.

I had the pleasure of having Shawn with OneRestore work on my house today He was not only a very polite young man but he was a very hard worker and it was obvious that he honestly cared about doing a great job. I would have no problem at all recommending him to any of my friends or family. I would encourage anyone looking for quality restoration work to look no further.
