From initial contact, the team at Onsite Electrical Services was top notch! They helped me out with 2 additional 220 volt circuits for my new shop equipment. It was easy to schedule my service, all expectations were met, they communicated clearly on the scope of work and everything was completed on time. It even ended up being cheaper than they originally quoted! I would certainly recommend Onsite Electrical Services to any friend or family member that needs a professional, honest, and reliable electrical service.

Patrick was great with the installation of my much needed foyer light fixture. Great attention to detail and cautious with the new fixture. He handled a massive ladder with no problem. Will use again. I needed it done within a short timeframe (before thanksgiving) and it is a done deal. Pleased customer.

I am a retired Interior Designer which has given me the opportunity to work with lots of vendors. I can honestly tell you this project is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Patrick was my electrician. I could not have asked for a more honest professional, friendly, polite and detailed oriented person to work with. He made several suggestions that not only saved money but also offered a better way to do the job. He also found a couple things we were not aware of that also needed attention. He was on time and communicated with me during the entire process will not only use Onsite Electrical Services again but will request Patrick. This company has a very honest approach to helping the home owner at a extremely reasonable price. I cannot only recommend them enough but will definitely use them as our primary electrical service company. Patrick has more work to do for me in the spring which I have already scheduled. I originally consulted with the owner, Michael, and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Great person offering a quick quote as well as honest approach.

The owner Michael is the second nicest contractor I’ve ever worked with. The nicest is Patrick who works with him. I’ve had multiple contractors out to my house for other projects and I had 4 electricians bid on this project to wire up my outdoor sauna - Onsite / Michael were the only ones to give me multiple options, talk through my future goals, and they didn’t try to scare me into paying more like some others I had on the project. It was a conversation, not a sleazy sales pitch. Out of every contractor I’ve ever had out - they stand out for their competence, honesty, and customer service mindset. Patrick installed my project. He did an incredible job and was very flexible and professional. We expected visible wire for this project based on the original quote but he hid everything. He also installed an extra outlet for me even though I didn’t ask and didn’t pay more for it - he could just tell I needed it and made it happen. He was a genuinely great person to talk to and I’ll always appreciate the extra outlet when I’m in my yard relaxing. This team from Michael to Patrick to even Jenny who scheduled it are incredible. I couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re like me installing a sauna in Raleigh or need anything else, I’d recommend just saving your time… go right to Onsite. Colin Worden September 2025

Patrick is the best electrician we’ve ever had and we request him for all our jobs. Onsite is timely, fairly priced and they do a great job. Patrick is meticulous with his work and makes sure everything is tidied up after. Outstanding experience and would highly recommend!

Patrick was prompt, friendly and really competent at quickly identifying our issue as well as a path to resolution. He explained his proposal in detail including some proactive steps to avoid future issues. Costs were reasonable and more than fair especially when coupled with the level of service provided. Patrick was wonderful! He did all of the required work (outlets for kitchen remodel) without any damage. This is definitely my go-to electrician for any of my future needs.
