They were very efficient and got our large roof done in two days. They paid attention to every detail and clean up was amazing. Illaria, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and guided me along the way with choices and selections. Will, the owner, stepped in when needed and they really did a great job. Rich and team are fantastic! Rich is a very strong communicator and quick to respond. This was essential since I was dealing with a roof repair during closing on a home. He went out of his way to meet the insurance adjuster after he had already been out to the house to assess the wind and hail damage. Onward Roofing was extremely easy to deal with for my roof replacement. They provided support with the process of filing a claim with insurance and followed up regularly with my insurance company after the insurance adjuster initially forgot to include my detached garage in the quote. The roof replacement took only one day, and Onward was meticulous about cleanup, sweeping my entire yard with magnets for stray nails. I even got a professionally edited video of my roof taken from a drone camera at the end. It was a great way to see the work that had been done and makes a nice souvenir. Great experience.
