I cant say enough good things about Dean and the Orange Restoration crew (John and Hector), and the work they did to rebuild my kitchen after some water damage caused by my upstairs neighbor at my condo. From the warm introduction, patience throughout the frustrating insurance process, design and fabrication of the materials, timely delivery, and execution of the quality (with care) work, my place looks better than ever. Dean and his team provided professionalism, transparency, care, and quality throughout the entire process. I’m Facilities Manager for Rancho Bernardo Community Presbyterian Church. After this year’s heavy rain season we ended up with 5 areas with significant water damage. After searching for a trusted com to do the mitigation and reconstruction, Orange Restoration was the company with best reviews. I called a few of the customers with similar reconstructed jobs and their feedback was optimistic. Pedro Santos was the project manager for the mitigation. He offered a detailed spreadsheet of the scope of work. OR employees were very polite to everyone at church. They followed our policies. They covered each worksite with a heavy screen to limit dust. They also placed plastic from each entrance door to the work station to protect our flooring. Pedro and I had a daily review of the work. The task was completed one day short of the estimated completion date. Due to such a pleasant experience with OR we went back to OR to do the reconstruction. Will McNutt was the project manager. This guy knows his business! He comes with years of experience. He presented a proposal that included installing insulation, drywall, texture, light fixtures, replace a sink and paint each area to match existing colors. Will’s crew was professional in their work. They too cleaned up each area daily until the reconstruction was completed. They were focused and committed to excel in their job. Will followed up with me on a regular basis and we did a pre-construction meeting as well as a final walkthrough of each area to assure they had completed according to the contract. I highly recommend you trusting a reconstruction job to Orange Restoration.

Great company!! I cannot say enough good things about all the people at Orange Restoration. I had a leak in the shower wall and my insurance company led me to Orange. We worked with Pedro for the water mitigation. Then, Corey (from Pro Plumber their sister company) fixed all the plumbing. Finally, Dean, Clayton, and Alex put the bathroom back together. The ladies in the office, Rosa and Paula, and the owner Yaron, were also a pleasure to speak with. Their prices were reasonable and their work was excellent! I highly recommend Orange Restoration and will definitely use them on future projects!

Quality of work for dry out after burst water pipe was fantastic. As was quality of work for the rebuild by Dean Williams and his team. Both teams met the completion timelines as discussed. Both dry out (Yaron') and rebuild (Dean) worked with my insurance. That was a huge load taken off of my shoulders. Thx so much.

If you are looking for the absolute BEST in the business for Water Damage/Mold Remediation, then these are your guys. I understand that some people are just looking to do a quick job and do the bare minimum, but if you want a company that you can trust to remediate properly, then this would absolutely be my #1 recommendation. Ron brings decades of experience with understanding buildings and also mold sickness, in ways that surpassed even most Doctors that I have consulted with. On top of all of this, he’s incredibly transparent about what needs to be done and the different options when it comes to testing and remediation. Again, if you plan to keep the home and want to feel confident that the job was done properly, call these guys, I promise you.

Orange Restoration was recommended to us by a family member when we discovered we had a hot water slab leak. Pedro came in right away and found the areas that were saturated with water, was able to break down the process for mitigation for us to understand, and his team of techs worked so efficiently. They were sensitive to my son’s bad allergies and took every precaution to keep the debris/dust to a minimum. Rosa, who handled the paperwork for the mitigation, worked directly with our insurance agent which not only saved us time and energy but also gave us such peace of mind that everything was being taken care of correctly. There was never any frustrating back and forth that I had dreaded. And while there are many people dealing with flood repairs due to all the rain we are having they never made us feel like our concerns were too small or insignificant. Dean and his team performed the repairs. From the plumbing to the flooring all were top notch professionals. They were willing to take the time to patiently answer all our questions knowing the anxiety that this whole situation had caused. They left our home looking better than before the damage was done! I can’t recommend Orange Restoration enough!
