The technician was very knowledgeable and figured out the problem, obtained the needed parts and made the repairs. We really appreciated the quality and effective work - now our dishwasher works like new again!

We contacted them again since the job wasn’t completely finished. They responded with professionalism and assured us they would make things right at no extra charge. We've recently had Orca repair a fridge that was randomly tripping the breaker; after replacing a broken ice maker, they then found a faulty valve which resolved the issue. They also repaired a broken front-load washer seal. Excellent work, cleaned up afterwards, and very reasonably priced.

Oraz came over to fix my dryer and he did an amazing job. He was on time, efficient, and very professional. He found the problem within a few minutes and told me exactly how much it would cost, which was extremely reasonable. He went above and beyond by offering to clean the inside of the dryer and he was very thoughtful about putting everything back. It was probably an easier job for him, but as someone who has never had to hire someone to fix an appliance, I am so glad that I called Orca Appliance Services - they made it very easy and a great experience! I also love that this is a family-run business.
