Shaun is fantastic. He is always on time and will communicate if he is behind. He is personable and knows his clients well. I really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to show great customer service every time he shows up. Thank you SHAUN!

Our technician (M_ _ _ _ _) is the best. He always explains his service and goes above and beyond our expectations. I think he should train every new technician in coustomer service and how to properly do the job.

Wow, definitely exceeded expectations. Ted Radloff was my service pro and it’s right in the title, Ted is a pro! Very knowledgeable and professional and down right friendly. He made sure to not only rid the side of my house of a massive bee infestation, but ended up finding a second one that was just starting to take place on another side of the home. Above and beyond service from Ted can’t thank him enough for taking the time to do such a in-depth inspection of our entire property. I was expecting a good service from Orkin, but Ted went beyond expectations.

On August 29, 2025, an Orkin exterminator was supposed to come to my home in accordance to the contract every other month. No one showed up. I have cameras footage to prove it. Today a representative showed up after I schedule an appointment because I have an infestation of bugs outside of my front door and the perimeter, the representative stated that he could address the second story with a power watch but I needed to pay extra. Under the contract it does not specified that if bugs are in the second story power watch is extra. I found this offense and ridiculous. Called the supervisor and 3 hours later I had not her from him. I going to look for another company that is responda and don’t mislead consumer. I don’t recommend this company.

Tyler did a great job. He listened to the issues I had and took care of them while he was here. He also spent time doing the windows as well as the basement which was not done by the previous person. Tyler was very polite. Our dog really liked him and Tyler was attentive to him while doing his job. Thanks Tyler.

Melvin was very thorough and clearly explained each step of the process. After Melvin left I felt confident that the mice issue will be resolved.
