Ruiz did a very thorough job. This was his first time at my house and he took the time to explain what he was doing and how it was going to work. He was very friendly and kind and it was easy to approach him with any questions or issues. He was also polite and I appreciate him taking the time to do a good job.
We just had the pleasure of Chino becoming our new tech to service our home. After many issues with previous techs it was a complete breath of fresh air having him here! The attention to detail and information he gave exceeded all expectations and he truly did go above and beyond. Extremely grateful for him and excited to have him as our tech now!
Kevin and his crew were super nice. They were always polite and cleaned up after themselves. In my opinion they went above and beyond. Perhaps this is simply the Orkin way. If so, other types of businesses could learn something from Orkin. Thank you very much guys!
Our technician did a great job. He kept his eye out for pests that we had dealt with in the past and identified one that we were not aware of. He also listened to what areas we needed addressed over others and was ok with us asking him to come back when the weather was nicer to treat the outside of our home due to the rain. We have always had a good experience with the Orkin team out of Topeka.
I have to admit, I was not happy when Jordan left. Working sent another guy that I did not trust or like too well and I asked that he not be sent back. I have a new guy named James, and he is absolutely amazing! He is VERY thorough and has a lot of knowledge about insects, bugs, spiders etc. He was checking around the outside and found two different wasps nest. I'm allergic to them so he removed those also. Thank you Orkin, for sending James! He is great and I think a little better than Jordan bcz he has a lot more knowledge and very through. He ROCKS! I am happy to have him and we hope to keep him!
