The worst experience ever with this business! This company was hired by my contractor to install all of our electrical in our newly built home. They will not return calls and never have. They lie and tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone and that a supervisor will call you by the end of day and they NEVER do! They never finished our punch list. They do not care about their paying customers and honestly don't even know how they are still in business. Their customer service is horrendous! They also installed an exposed wire and would not come back to repair it. I would NEVER hire this business again to do any work for me!
Unprofessional and completely unresponsive I called this company three times and they never answered or called back. It’s ridiculous that a company responsible for installing the electrical panels in our homes can’t even return a simple phone call. Terrible customer service — I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
I have been trying to communicate with this company for the last several weeks. I called several times and told I would receive a call back and nothing. Finally called and spoke with a manager who said they were busy and would get to me last Monday 10/12 from 12-3. No one showed so I called and the lady said the person didn’t show up that day. I have heard nothing from them over this entire week. No apologies or anything. They installed our wiring for new construction David Weekly in Fort Mill and have came out for service previously. Never have I had to chase someone for service and to give them business.. Take your business elsewhere
Called for them to reinstall a light that had fallen and they said someone would call me back. I waited 2 days for a call and didn’t receive one. I called back and they said since I didn’t receive a call back they must be too busy to help me out and I should call some where else to get help. Awesome business practice there!
I personally cannot say if this is a bad company but from my current ongoing experience it is not a good one. First - If you want to get in contact with someone you have to call at 430 pm, because that is when you can speak to the manager so he can schedule for someone to come out. When someone finally came out after I had continuously called for a few days. I kept being told I did not know what the issues was and I should call spectrum. I have a faulty coaxial outlet that has a shortage, not difficult to figure out when you have an outlet tester. This is located in my now office, which because of COVID -19, it is clearly needed. Second - after the Electrician, finally grasped that I did actually know what I was talking about and was not just trying to make him do more work. He leaves and says " I have to talk to someone to see what needs to happen next." That was over 3 weeks ago , this has been a 2 1/2 month and counting process.
I scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians (Robby) but he was a no call-no show. I called him and left a voice mail on his cell phone, asking if he was going to be making it but he never called me back. When I called into the office, the lady that answered the phone indicated that the technicians set their own schedule so I'd just have to speak with him about it. Pretty poor customer service all around.
You literally cannot beg these people to call you back to fix their mistake. Bought a Wade Jurney home where they did the electric and we’re under a 2 year warranty. None of the outlets in one of our rooms work. I’ve been calling them for MONTHS now to get them to fix it, as well as our representative from WJ Homes calling them, and they still will not call us back. You would think that checking to see if the outlets they installed worked properly would be something they would’ve done before leaving the job, but I guess not. Clearly quality isn’t important to them.
