We had a plumbing issue in our upstairs bathroom that ended up leaking down to the first floor. Paul Davis was able to send someone out the same day for mitigation. Conner, Nathan, Clayton, and Michael were all great! They communicated when they would arrive and efficiently explained the issues they observed and what the next steps would be. They were all very kind and courteous. I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration! Good job, fellas!

I could not recommend a company higher than Paul Davis ! It was perfect . Workers were always on time and so courteous and respectful of our property! Always there when they said they were coming and worked very hard every day as a team!! Communication was great and Paul Blose kept us informed and worked with our insurance company ( which was a big help!) Our Icemaker leak could not have been handled any better - Damaged floors look beautiful now!! I would never call anyone but Paul Davis Co.!!!

I had a great person in charge of my kitchen remodel, his name is Jacob. He always worked hard at making sure I was happy. When things needed his attention and needed to be fixed he was on top of it. I decided I did not want my pantry anymore, but I was not really sure what to do. Jacob knew what to do. He had the idea of a coffee bar with cabinets and I went with it and absolutely love it. I love my whole kitchen. He was alway very nice every time I talked to him. I would love to share pics, I’m still in the process of putting my kitchen back together, but honestly it looks great without any decorations. I highly recommend Jacob and Paul Davis.

Nathan and Conner were very professional, helpful, and considerate. They both handled our belongings with care. It was a delight to work with Miranda. I highly recommend this team to any future customers you have. They will get it done right.

Excellent service! I had a fire July 2024 and Nathan, Connor and Miranda had the unpleasant task of removing and cleaning / storing the items. 10 months later I’m back in a newly rebuilt home and these three are back moving all the goods back in. This is a lot of work and they all did an excellent job, taking care not to damage items or the doorways / walls Combine that with the Memphis heat and it says a lot to their character to do such a great job in this situation Well done to Nathan, Connor and Miranda Keep up the good work, you’ll go far!
