It started with a leak in the kitchen and ended with a new kitchen. Our insurance company put us in touch with Paul Davis Restoration. From beginning to end, we were impressed. Anthony acted quickly and had our kitchen demo and dry out done within a week. Then, it was time to restore. Korey kept the ball rolling. He was professional and patient with us and always responded to our questions within the same day. His team was very respectful and patient with us. Katrine, Johnna, Shawna and Annette helped us understand the budget and worked with our insurance company to make sure we were reimbursed what we were entitled to. We would definately recommend Paul Davis to help with your kitchen restoration.

Working with Korey and his crew was a great experience. We had water damage in the bathroom, bedroom, living and dining rooms. We decided to replace the carpet with hardwood flooring and remodel our shower/tub to just a shower. Everything turned out beautifully.

The entire Paul Davis team was great! From the start with Darwin on remediation, he was timely, friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The same goes for Manny who came in to repair and get our house back to normal! Katrine and Shawna were also very helpful behind the scenes. Korey was very attentive in getting our project done promptly and professionally. Great team all around!

We started with a cracked pipe in the wall. Leading to the restoration of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our project manager Korey was absolute first class! He was extremely knowledgeable about all construction aspects. He was in contact with us daily either on site or on the phone keeping the job moving and making sure we were happy. He truly made us feel like we were his only client at the time and I know we were not even close! We would never work with another project manager. We are already planning our next project with Korey. Katrine was amazing. She made working with insurance and the entire payment process easy and painless. Sergio and his crew worked hard and fast and did an amazing job! Thank you all!!

Great experience (well, I mean, as great as mold remediation can be ). I worked with Anthony as lead, with David, Manny, Daniel, and Joshua helping us with our mold issue. I got several quotes, and from that first meeting with Anthony, I knew his was the team we wanted to work with. The way he talked about the issue showed that he was experienced, and knew more than just how to check off boxes for mold remediation. He also understood the balance of keeping costs to a minimum, but actually taking care of the problem. He was there to help people, not just finish a job. Daniel and Joshua were the first to arrive to actually take out the mold, and they were great to prep the kitchen and show respect for our home. They were careful not to drip water, and they were great at walking me through what was going to happen. They took cabinetry faces off carefully so they could be reused to save us time and money in the rebuild side. There was an emergency and they had to leave, so they made sure to send David and Manny out asap, within about an hour, to finish the job. David and Manny found more mold than was in the initial estimation, and they made sure to get approval before just cutting into it. The team understood the need to keep things moving, so they came back as soon as they had the needed approval to finish removing the extra mold. Anthony was always great to keep me posted on progress, and get me connected with the right people to move on to the next steps. When all the mold was removed and we passed the air clearance test, they set my kitchen back up/moved and hooked appliances back up for me as much as possible so I would be able to use at least some of my kitchen while I'm getting the rebuild done. Obviously I don't want to go through a mold problem again, but if it ever does happen again, they will certainly be the team I call.

Water began leaking at 6:20 AM on a Saturday. I began the process of filing a claim with my insurance company at 7:13 AM. At 7:40 AM, Anthony at PaulDavis Restoration called me within minutes of my filing a claim with my insurance company. Within 20 minutes he was at my house setting up dehumidifiers and blowers. Thank you for coming out so early on a Saturday morning to mitigate emergency water damage. Anthony’s rapid response saved my bathroom and office upstairs and helped to minimize the damage downstairs. Korey with the repair team has been very helpful in bringing in a flooring vendor and promptly returns my calls.

Korey Collins , the project manager was great. He kept me informed and up to date with keeping the project moving forward. He informed me of delays and tried to accommodate my schedule with great flexibility. Korey stopped by regularly when sub contractors were working at the house. The office staff were polite and always returned my calls. It was a slow start initially due to getting insurance approval, etc but once project started, Korey was on top of everything. I now have beautiful new flooring and new bathroom.
