Outstanding work done by Pink Plumber team Christian and Ashley to remove and replace 50 year old cast iron main septic line from house to septic tank. They had to cut through almost 50 feet of driveway and did so with precision in a single day. Great work ethic. The pricing was competitive but not inexpensive. The drain field was treated with chemicals to ensure proper function. Christian returned about a month later to confirm all was working as expected. We appreciated the follow-up. Not to criticize their excellent work, the Pink Plumber should have informed me about putting a "sleeve" around the new PVC pipe (not done) and should have provided tarps to cover the cement driveway where topsoil was deposited during the digging process. Both would have made for a more professional installation. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work done by the Pink Plumber.

I am renovating my condo & wanted a new soaking tub installed in guest bath. Once we tore out the old tub we discovered we had the original copper piping from 30 years ago. Since I live in a high rise it was critical to hire contractors with appropriate insurance & approved by mgmt. I’m glad I chose the Pink Plumber. The old pipes would not fit the new tub (we tried 4 different tubs) and we are not permitted to relocate the drains. General from Pink Plumber arrived on time, identified the problem, went to buy new copper pipe pieces, and replaced to solve the problem. The office staff is also excellent. They call & text continually to alert when the technician is arriving. Entire staff top notch, polite, & knowledgeable. 1st time I used them but definitely not the last. So, here we are a month later and I am trying to change my 30-year old shower/tub into a new walk-in shower! Of course, same old copper pipes with drains that are not 2" drains (per code). Again, General came out and even though it took him & my contractor the entire day, they were able to correct the situation and convert to 2" PVC drains to enable my new walk-in shower! Jacob Freeman from Pink Plumber was a lifesaver! He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The septic tank repair and sewage pipe installation were completed quickly and with minimal disruption. I was impressed with his attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring the job was done right. I would highly recommend Jacob and Pink Plumber for any plumbing needs.

Cody and Darnell came over expecting to just pump my tank. We had back flood issues the night before. After inspection it was clear, my tank was 4ft deep of "sludge". Turns out my pipe from the house to tank was broken as well and my leach field out flow from the tank was broken letting solids out clogging the drain field. Cody and Darnell explained all this and showed me what was going on. They did a great job! Every thing is working now. I can shower and poop with no back flow. Great guys and great company. I will call pink plumber in 4 years and beyond for my septic tank needs. Plus they did a great job doing all they could to save my bushes. Thank you so much Cody and Darnell.

Jacob and Brandon were professional and knowledgeable; they answered my questions and addressed my future concerns. When it’s time to pump and service our septic tank again I will definitely be sure to give them my business. Also, I liked how I made the call in the morning, and Sandra was able to get Jacob and Brandon to come the same afternoon.

Arthur from The Pink Plumber was outstanding: personable, patient and knowledgeable, willing to explain how plumbing works and why certain repairs were required — and what sort of upkeep a homeowner might consider from time to time to avoid future costly visits from the plumber. He did a fantastic job retrofitting some aged and corroded fittings in our crawl space, suggesting work that was essential and work that was not.
