Recently was in the market for a new dishwasher and went to Percy's. Was immediately greeted by Jeremy Nork and the experience begun. My wife had her mind set on a Bosch brand dishwasher and was brought back by Jeremy to check them out. He was very clear and informative on the different options and their specifics. We ended up buying the Bosch 500 series dishwasher and are thoroughly impressed. The whole buying experience was excellent and Jeremy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took advantage of the tax free weekend when moving into our new house! Purchased a new Bosch dishwasher and we absolutely love it! Our sales representative Jason Gaile really helped out with everything and made the process go smoothly!

My 13 yr old washer started leaking so I looked on line to see what Percy’s had. I had one all picked out but had Jeremy show me what other machines they had ( a huge selection). He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I ended up finding one I liked better. The buying process was quick and easy. They delivered it this morning- I was constantly updating by text and email when they would arrive. The delivery guys were amazing and very respectful of my property. This is why we keep going back to Percy’s. Their prices are competitive and their company is top notch!

Visited Percy's for a replacement for our 13+ year old Bosch dishwasher. They had several models to choose from. We went with the Bosch 800 series dishwasher model # SHP78DM5N which is super quiet at only 42 dBa. Our sales person Dave Brown made the buying process super easy and we were able to take advantage of the MA tax free holiday as well. Would highly reccomended Percy's for their experienced friendly staff and wide selection of major appliances.

On Saturday, I found myself in a bind—two weeks' worth of laundry piled up, and my washing machine suddenly stopped working. I called and spoke with Jason Gaile, and he was absolutely fantastic. Jason asked a few key questions, quickly identified what I needed, confirmed the new washer and dryer would fit in my laundry room, and helped me select the perfect set—all over the phone/chat feature. He also guided me through the financing process, placed the order, and scheduled delivery. By Thursday, my brand new washer and dryer had arrived. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful—he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with both the appliances and the service. The delivery team, led by Maxuel, arrived right on time Thursday. They worked efficiently to disassemble my old stackable unit, remove both appliances, and install the new set. They verified everything was working properly before they left. The team was friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the process. I highly recommend Percy’s for their outstanding staff, excellent product selection, and fast, professional service. They made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly simple and hassle-free—from the first phone call to final installation. I'm thrilled with my new appliances and the overall experience.

My wife and I purchased our kitchen appliances from Percy’s last year for a new house build. Rick worked with us patiently and helped us pick out a range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and wine fridge from Thermador. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service was outstanding. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, we worked with Rich Laurier and Todd Suprenant to get the appliances delivered. They were prompt, awesome at returning calls and made us feel at ease when we ran into minor issues! The only negative is their installation group (Rocha Installation) is an absolute trainwreck, but I do not hold Percy’s responsible for their mishaps.
