Perfecto Plumbing LLC

In April of 2024, I contacted this company to complete some plumbing work in my newly purchased home which came to a total of $1,440. He was tasked with removing the old water heater and installing a new one. As well as replacing a tub drain cover, replacing two bathroom faucets, and installing new shower trims in my main and guest bathrooms. I brought all of the materials that needed to be replaced/installed. Long short short, my guest bathroom tub was damaged with chips and burn marks when this company was trying to install a new tub spout. When I asked to be refunded the cost ($150) of installing the shower trims, the owner only refunded me $125 and stated, "Refund even though I do not owe you." After this whole ordeal, I had to get another plumbing company to come out and assess everything that this company did. An expansion tank was installed because this company failed to do that. It took me a year to get the money and time to finally fix the damage. In order to fix the damage to the tub I had to get a resurfacing company. Who also fixed the drain gasket because it was installed wrong by this company. It cost me $1,400 to get my tub fixed and resurfaced. Now, I have to get the new plumber to come back and install a new tub spout, which will cost me more money. A $1,440 job in 2024 with Perfecto Plumbing has now cost me an additional $1748 (and counting) since. Update: The owner might want to delete his reply because I have the text messages and more images to confirm what I have stated here. If he would like I do not mind posting all of the text messages. No, I did not want him to return to my house a THIRD time to fix anything after he damaged my tub trying to fix his first mistake with the original tub spout. I did refuse to talk to him on the phone after he damaged my tub because I only wanted to communicate via text in order to have a record of our conversation because I did not trust he would tell the truth (case in point his reply). Lastly, he NEVER refunded me 50% of the total cost of the invoice that would have been $720. He only refunded me $125. He originally offered to only refund me $100. You read that correctly...$100 for damaging my bathtub.

I had such a great experience with Perfecto Plumbing. Making a decision about a job such as plumbing was something that weighed heavy on me. In this day and time it's hard to find someone you can trust to do a good job and give a fair price. Its a decision that I didn't take lightly as it could be of major financial consequence. With that in mind, Perfecto Plumbing came out and inspected my problem, carefully explaining where I was having issues. I was given a very fair price and the work done was of amazing quality. I live in AR and needed a new toilet to replace broken one at my home in SC. Didn't have any luck with Lowe's online when it came to install. Looked up plumbers nearby and found Perfecto Plumbing. Mr. Odom was very quick to return my call on a Saturday and potentially scheduled for Monday or Tuesday. He contacted me early Monday and had new toilet installed by noon and took away old toilet. Mr. Odom was very professional and even sent before & after pictures - including a video showing toilet worked properly. Making it very easy and less stressful with being long distance.
