DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. learn from our mistakes!!! We've been with them for over a year! Giving them chance after chance. But no.... they provide terrible service. Terribly run company! Horrible customer service. A year with them and we STILL have ants in the house!!!! Two times now they don't even show up for service when we ask them for additional service because we have ants EVERYWHERE! Whag ever tjey spray monthly does NOTHING. Today was the last straw. Scheduled an appointment in the beginning of the week for today. Waiting for their arrival. Even canceled an appointment I had for today to be home for the service. They just don't show up and don't even call you to say they're not coming!!!! At least have the decency to call people that are waiting for you! Will never use this company again and don't recommend you do either.

DO NOT USE / BEWARE Do not use, you better off getting something form big box store and doing it your self. This company was supposed to come out on call anytime we had ants... It was a struggle to get the technician out... and they would cancel "not make it out" even when the appointment is set on multiple occasions. 1st month it seemed like it worked but with each month the regretion of their service was bad. More ants been showing up. Use another company and same your self the hassle and patients .

I can no longer put up with the poor customer service from this company (Redi National Pest Eliminators). In the last 12 interactions I've had with the company, I can only count 2 times I've been completely satisfied. The people I talk to on the phone and the technicians that show up to the house are knowledgeable and willing to help. However, they show up with the wrong equipment, the wrong time, no pre-call, or sometimes with a no show and no call. I have to feel guilty when I complain because the people I'm complaining to are not to blame. I blame the leadership for poor planning and overwhelming the staff so the customer suffers as well as the moral of the workers. I was trying to be patient. I had hoped the service would improve. It has not improved and after several requests, management has not returned my call.

So unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM!! They redid the crawl space (rodent problem) for about $5,000 and now I pay their $77 monthly bill. They warranty the crawl space as long as I have a monthly service with them. The problem, they do not show up consistently so now I have missed a month or two. I have left several messages for a manager and now the owner to call so I can be sure they did not void my warranty because of them not showing up. Requested that the notes from all my calls be sent to me (to be sure that my messages are being left). Weeks later, still no call. Still no copy of the notes. DO NOT USE THEM! I am trying to find out my next step. Isn't it fraud to take someone's money and then not provide the service? I will continue to write negative reviews and verbally share the unprofessionalism and human dignity of this company. Shame on you Redi National. NOTE: At one time they did show up and respond but not for the last 6 months or so.

Guy showed up to inspect looked impressive. Missed several issues during inspection. Did not recieve any calls in regards to schedule for work to be done. Called sales guy several times no return call. Called office twice no return calls. As a general contractor I will not use this company.

Redi national came out to my house. For pest control and to install insulation under my house. One of their employees pulled on a drain pipe. Needless to say it had to be replumbed. I couldn't even get a callback from the manager. Plumbing estimate and drywall repair was $2500. Insulation job was marginal at best

They are a great Company. They came to our house on Saturday to deal with a Wasp and Yellow Jacket problem. The technician Anthony Soltelo was very thorough. He found a Yellow Jacket nest in the crawl space and treated it and killed all of them. Anthony also checked our attic and checked our Cedar shingle roof and treated the areas where there was Yellow Jackets. He also treated the eves all around the house along with treating a Bald Face Hornets nest. Anthony was very knowledgeable about all of the different Bees, Wasp and Hornets. He was also very polite and respectful.
