Brian has come out to treat my mom's home for me and the entire process has been a wonderful experience. He's been courteous, kind, understanding, and most importantly set her anexities at ease. Very personable and over great experience. Akron Pest Control even has a guarantee for services! Ealvert step of this process has been great. Quick to get my mom's home on the schedule. Clean. Respectful of her home. The ladies I have spoken with in the office have been terrific too. I couldn't recommend their services more.

I had a great experience with Akron Pest Control. When Tom first came out to give me a quote for the detached garage termite treatment in early May (after extensive termite damage was exposed) he was very thorough, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain/answer all my questions & concerns. He also went above & beyond the scope of the quote for the garage & went in the basement to inspect & found carpenter ants under the exterior door threshold and a massive ant hill in the front yard. The price he quoted for both treatments was very fair and treatment was scheduled to be done at the same time a month later due to May being a super busy time for them. But, he came to treat for the ants a week later when I told him we began seeing ant activity and it worked miracles! When the team came out to do the termite treatment a few weeks later, they were right on time. Tom came by to discuss the project with me & the team, he checked the basement, etc, and made sure we were all on the same page. Then Brian, Roger, and Cale were all very friendly and efficient. They got the garage and house termite treatment done in a few hours and didn’t mind me following them around asking questions. They even did a free screen repair for me when I mentioned our cat was able to get out of the screened in porch! Again, above and beyond. I am very pleased with Akron Pest Control and will be using their 3 season treatment as a result of these positive experiences. Thanks guys!!

We needed a yellow jacket nest removed on short notice due to incoming weekend visitors and Akron Pest Control delivered! I appreciated the prompt scheduling and helpful customer service. Technician Cale called in advance, talked through the treatment process, and things for us to know post-treatment. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Reasonable pricing. Very pleased!

I want to begin with the polite person who I spoke with on the phone, very nice and friendly trying to help with our needs. Next , the fast response was incredible next day. Kevin the technician was very informative about what was going to happen once he started spraying. Kevin. This team of people, specifically Ryan, has been extremely awesome to work with. From their office staff to the guys in the field, professional and courteous. I’ve been utilizing their services for years… and wish they still handled the bigger critters… skunks, ground hogs, etc…. But I won’t go to any other company for the other pesky rodent control. Thanks.. you guys are awesome!!

Amazing service we receive from Ryan at Akron Pest Control!! He comes in to our office building once a month always has a smile and always does an amazing job! He answers our questions and we haven’t seen any pests since we started receiving their services! I highly recommend using this company if you are having any pest issues!
