Apex pest control

Apex Review I had a bug problem. I contacted Apex Pest Control because of their overall 4.9 revIew rating. I made on appointment through their website for an inspection the next day. Within ten minutes of my request i received a call from Geremy to confirm he would be at my home at the requested time the next day. He had also been mentioned positively in several of the reviews so i was pleased that he was going to do the inspection. Geremy arrived promptly at the specified time. He even called me from his vehicle to let me know he had arrived, was collecting his equipment and would be at my door shortly. (Who does that?) His inspection was thorough and he easily confirmed the problem and the most efficacious way to treat it. I found him to be confident in his knowledge and experience and competent in delivering the services he recommended. He went the extra mile when he rearranged his schedule so he could come back later that very same day and initiate treatment to the affected area. He said he didn’t want me to have to live with the stress of the infestation any longer than necessary. In addition, from the general services Apex offers, they have a communication system which enables quick turn around eliminating frustrating delays such as having to leave a voice message and then wait for a return call. The few times i had questions i received responses in less than 10 minutes. By the way, i haven’t seen a bug in weeks!!! I can’t report any negatives about this company! 10 stars!!!
