The service professional, John, notified us when he was on his way and when he arrived. He did a thorough job from what I could see. However, it would be nice to get a time frame for the service instead of just the date when they call/text to confirm. I was woken up at 7:25 am by John’s text that he was on his way…kind of early. Also, for some reason he needed to use our garden hose but turned off the water to the whole house! Apparently he doesn’t know the difference between a spigot handle and a water main handle. One star off for that.

Service was good overall and the technician was polite. He didn’t have shoe covers when I requested them, but everything else was fine. The company later offered free service for updating my review, which I appreciated. Thanks for making the effort to take care of us.

HomeShield was great! When I scheduled a technician to come out Parker was very professional over the phone explaining the process. When John the technician came out he was very knowledgeable and personable. He was awesome! I highly recommend HomeShield!

John is absolutely amazing and courteous. He is so thorough and complete in all his work. He explained everything that was happening and what we should do to prevent certain things and how the whole process was going to work. Immediately he got straight to work and did not stop and we are so satisfied with such outstanding customer service and job performance. Exceptional service! I had three workers - Juan Chavez, Vladimir, and Guillermo work on replacing wood and exterminating my home. They worked efficiently, were timely, and delivered excellent results. So grateful to these guys and Sebastian for guiding the team!
