Technician was very nice and provided several photos of him treating various sites around our home. Billed as Plant safe but the application killed half my fig tree. Account specialist would call me back.

Do not trust this company to do what they promise. I never received the full service as promised by the sales guy who kept showing up at my home. He said to give them a year but if I was unhappy, I could cancel anytime. When I did have a problem recently, my call was returned three days later (after I took care of the problem myself) and I was only asked if I still wanted someone to come out. YES! I'm paying $60 a month. I was scheduled two days later and after taking off of work, no one bothered to show up. I went ahead and renewed my account with Capital Pest Services who show up and do what they say at a better price. I called Solve Pest Pros back and Cancelled and they made excuses for why they didn't show up and said it had been rescheduled for next day. How does that help me, when no one tells me. He said he couldn't cancel and would have someone call me back. The call was returned the next day by a female who continued to show no accountability, only excuses for why my call wasn't returned and why no one showed up. She even had the nerve to say that they did what they promised and only offered half price for the next month if I let someone show up the next day. I declined and then I was sent a bill for a promotional balance even though they didn't do a full service and I paid EVERY month. I emailed them and no response back. Today I see where they are trying to charge my card for $340. The AUDACITY of some people. I was content with moving on and no review was necessary, but people need to know who they're dealing with. I don't mind paying the money if you do the job you're promoting but if I have to do it, what do I need you for.

While the service provided was subpar, the contract terms are even more concerning. The agent arrived at my residence without mentioning the year-long contract. Consequently, even if the service is unsatisfactory, the customer is bound by the contract. I have not observed any further attempts to contact me after the initial visit, and I am uncertain if this practice has ceased. I strongly advise against recommending this company to anyone. It is advisable to avoid their services altogether.

David was my service technician; he was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and was very responsive to all of my questions. He cleaned the ceiling corner webs in my garage which is great! And he sent me pictures afterward. This was my first service with Solve Pest, and I’m very happy with the service. Hopefully, David will be my technician for my future services.

I strongly recommend not subscribing to this service, especially based on what the salesperson promises. In my experience, the product never worked even after multiple treatments, and when I raised concerns, I was given different reasons and excuses instead of real solutions. The salesperson assured me that the plan would work within 14 days and that I could cancel without fees if moving, but neither of those commitments were honored. After 3 months of paying and getting no results, I was told things I was never informed about during signup. This feels unfair and misleading. Please do not make the same mistake of trusting the sales pitch.

Solve Pest Control gave me a great deal that I couldn’t resist. The sales person (Zack) came out and explained everything professionally and well. Also Jordan which was my service tech did a great job servicing our home. I would surely recommend them for service.
