Cannot recommend Craig’s Pest Control enough. Julie is SO nice when you contact the office. We signed up for quarterly pest control and our annual termite treatment. They are very timely, professional and have the BEST customer service. We have had the same technician and he is very thorough and takes his time. Thank you!

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Becky has been spraying our home for a year and we just really appreciate her! She does such a thorough job. We have noticed a significant decrease in bugs in our home and I like how they spray both the inside and outside of the home. So easy to book appointments, too! Highly recommend Craig Pest Control. They have combatted my wasp problem that I fought for years. Call these people first, not last, like me.

They are very courteous, but their service is not helpful at all. It is just a waste of money. I had them for a bedbug treatment. And before they came and when she was at my house, I kept asking her whether it is guaranteed and would the bedbugs go away, she kept saying, yes. She said one treatment will do the job. When she came, it didn't take her more than three minutes, she sprayed on the carpet and on the mattress, and around the furniture and left. The next day, I vacuumed everywhere throughly. I slept in my room, thinking that I would not have bedbugs again. The next morning I wake up again and I covered with bedbug bites again. So, I called them again, she came back again and sprayed again and said that this will do it. She suggested to get mattress cover, so I still kept seeing the bugs and the bites, but vacuumed and cleaned my room over and also sprayed everywhere myself to see if it will go away without calling them. And NO!! It didn't go away!! I still see bugs and bites. So, I got frustrated and called them again to see if the could come again and spray again because they had guaranteed me that it will go away and I had paid them. But after calling, they tell me that it is out of warrant period of 60 days, and that we can't come again.They suggest me to replace the bed or mattress. Well, I were to replace, why did I call you for the treatment. I had to pay them $450 for one room just so they could come and spray and not spend more than 3 minutes. It was a total waste of money!! All they do is they just come for a couple minutes, spray, and leave. I wonder how they got positive reviews on Google.

Every time I call Craig Pest Control, they are at my house within 24 hours. I've seen a significant reduction in pest since utilizing their services. Great guys and great company!
