Ehrlich Pest Control

I have generally been pleased with Ehrlich over the years until recently when, after a scheduled appointment, I discovered the rodent boxes had not been filled and, perhaps, for some time. I have experienced roaches and was supposed to have received a perimeter spray when the boxes were supposed to be filled but I continued to see roaches. A technician was scheduled to review and was a no-show. After a couple of calls to the very nice service representatives, I was told a technician would be here today. I was ready to cancel the service altogether. And then Mr. Hay arrived, reviewed my issues and immediately went to work to rectify the problems. Mr. Hay was exemplary in every way and Ehrlich has not lost a customer thanks to him. Thanks so much!!

Thorough service by Laurie. She is very knowledgeable about our pest control needs for the upcoming season. She also addressed my scheduling concerns and offered alternative solutions.

We have used Ehrlich for as long as I can remember. Any issues we have they are taken care of quickly and effectively! Never had any issues and out service tech is very funny so that's a bonus! Great with our team and bringing great energy into our business.
