Alex really went above and beyond! He explained everything in a way I could understand. He did what he said he would do and then came back to make sure the problem was solved. His work ethic is fantastic and he’s a great guy. He treats everyone respectfully. I could keep going on and on about how wonderful he is but you get the point by now. Enjoy your experience with him. Excellent service and great results. I own a 3 family home in Manhattan and my tenant called me about pests.
