Victor was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and really cares about his customers! My mom has been dealing with bed bugs at her house for almost 5 years with no relief. They tried various remedies and even a local pest control company spending thousands but nothing worked. We believe she is in the tail end of finally getting rid of those nightmares. We were concerned that she may have brought over some bugs when visiting our house so she sent Victor our way. He really put us at ease. We do have some spiders so we will use his services when finances allow. Highly recommend!

Your associate Victor just showed up at my door a week early and got upset with me because I wouldn’t allow him to do the inspection because I had to be somewhere in 10 minutes, he wasn’t friendly and certainly didn’t make me feel comfortable. If he had wanted to come a week early and had to drive however far to my home, I would expect him to notify my husband beforehand, not just show up at my house and be banging on my door like only a criminal or cop would. Super unimpressed with the lack professionalism shown from this employee. It is not a clients responsibility to accommodate your mistake.
