You definitely cannot beat the customer service the fair pricing and the amazing office staff wonderful service Raul and Cesar always take care of my needs right on guys keep it up. I highly suggest if you’re searching for a good solution to pests give them a call.

Robin, the owner of Ugott Pest Control, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She owned a general contracting business, so she understands how to find places and block places where pests can hide. I wish I would have talked to her before tearing out most of the sheet rock to find a dead opossum that died in one of the walls. She would have spared me from taking out all of the sheet rock. Robin explained that she would have sent little cameras into small holes in the sheet rock to find the dead animal. Now I have to have the walls completely redone. If you have an issue with pests, call Ugott Pest Control to help you. You will be impressed with the expertise and professionalism of the Ugott Pest Control staff.

This place is horrible. I paid over $1000 for them to treat my home. I was going to go with someone else but the owner negotiated a deal with me. They came out and sprayed 3 times and the problem never went away. They hired a new guy and he was very rude. I asked to speak to the owner again and she wouldn’t return any of my calls after negotiating the price so that I could use them for my service. The new guy insisted that I needed the to treat my other unit and did an inspection. After the inspection of my other unit there was no issues. When he realized that he said he would come back out to treat if I did all these ridiculous things. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They are money hungry and don’t do their job at all.

We've used Ugott for 7 years. Bill is our regular guy and he's very nice and friendly. He does a great job inside and outside the house. Keeps the bugs away and will return for a second visit if needed within the month. Very easy scheduling and good price!

If I could give this business a negative 10 I would! After years of being a loyal customer a close family member was treated as rude as they come directly from the owner Tim. The last time the technician came they paid extra for spraying since there’s a pool and after they sprayed there were still bugs! Technician came out after my family member took off work to be home so they could spray the inside and even though someone was home he left without doing his job and refused to go back. When the office was called a message was left with the secretary and before you know it Tim is calling with an irritated tone and was reminded that they had been very loyal long time customers and his response was that’s why you pay what you do but we are going to raise it that’s the harsh reality! He was very rude! Very unprofessional and at a time when money is tight and people are cutting back bug spraying is first to go people can buy that from the internet and spray their own homes! If you pay extra to have a service done it needs to be done right or they need to come back and fix THEIR mistake!!! Tim’s final words when said we will find someone else was well "Good luck to ya!" Now what professional owner of a business says that to a customer of ten plus years??? Tim you need to take a class in customer service and I would suggest to everyone reading this to avoid this company at all cost!! The previous owners were very professional apparently Tim didn’t continue the professionalism of the prior owners! This whole thing is simply unacceptable, unprofessional and immature!! Please find a good bug company if you don’t do it on your own and make sure they value your money and business!

New owner is very unprofessional. Used them for several years and then the new owner/ manager started dictating to me when my service would be done and would not provide it the same day as was done in the past. Price was going up service was going down. Owner yell at me on the phone, hung up on him and called receptionist and told them not to continue service for the 5 homes we had with them. Very unprofessional, they will not be in business long treating people that way!

New management and new professional techs been having them for months they are reasonable and they are good at what they do been having my house sprayed by them for a couple months now I had a roach problem and they fixed it I just found out they will take care of snakes and opossums I have many snakes so make sure you call them if you have any problems they're good people very respectful : ps make sure you use Caesar one of the best ones there
