Croach Pest Control

Justin was my tech for this job and he has been servicing my residence for several months. He is always friendly, professional and very thorough. I have used Croach for 10 years and have never been disappointed with their service.

Justin callled me 30 minutes in advance, showed up on time, put on booties to and gloves before he came in, walked thru the house and garage replacing traps and found a possible point of entry where the mice got in! Then he came in and sprayed for spiders. Before he left, he set the 2 bait traps outside. He was friendly, efficient, and explained what he was doing every step of the way!

Matthew was professional, punctual and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and offered helpful tips to keep things under control between visits. I appreciate how respectful he was of my home and how dedicated he was to making sure the job was done right! I even referred my neighbors to him because the service is always outstanding

Matthew was very thoughtful and understanding of my allergy to wasps. He located every nest he could and either knocked them down or sprayed them. He thoroughly explained how he was going to go about raking them down and what to expect. Very professional and polite. Put me at ease. Thank you , Matthew! Matthew was great! I was worried about the staining of the chemicals on our house and checked every chemical they used to make sure they were ok. I appreciate the time he took to explain to me everything and how thorough he was in applying the treatment to our house and yard.

He was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to talk everything through with us.
