I called Environmental Pest Control, spoke with Alyson about the mouse in our house, our kitchen in particular, and she was able to schedule a technician to come out the next day. Nathan called and asked if we were available earlier than our scheduled time to which I responded "Yes". When Nathan arrived he explained Environmental Pest Control's services and fees and what they would do on each of their three visits. Once I had signed the paperwork, he began a thorough review of our kitchen and the outside of our home looking for possible points of entry. We found a few, mostly in our eaves, but also other areas that could benefit from some attention and sealing. Nathan put down two traps in the kitchen and six with baited traps around our property. The following morning, we had caught a mouse! Chances are there will be more, however, this was real progress! Alyson sent out Gideon to collect the mouse and replace the trap. We work hard to keep our home sealed so we don't have to resort to removing animals from our property, however, after 33 years we finally had a reason to call a pest control agency and I am glad to have called Environmental Pest Control. They are pleasant, affordable, and want to make sure they address the problem. I highly recommend this agency.

Wow! I called at lunch time and Marc was at my house within the hour to take care of our wasp nest. It was deep in an attic crawl space and the entry was up 20’ on the outside of the house. And hot. He also pulled out a huge old one. Quick and efficient. Allison was very personable and professional on the phone and Marc was as well in our home. The price quoted was very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone.

Sam & Alyson were great! We called on a Friday morning, and they were able to get us in same day which we appreciated! Alyson was great at explaining the process and confirming our appointment (excellent communication) and Sam was thorough and attentive, and made sure to address all our trouble spots. We had guests arriving over the weekend, and wanted to make sure they weren’t bothered by the wasps. The nests we had been trying to "self-treat" for weeks were gone after one visit. We wish we would have called sooner! Thank you Sam & Alyson!

Matt saved the day! Ugh, we had rats! He came out to the house, figured out where they were getting in, plugged up the holes and took care of the current critters. Highly recommend. Very reasonably priced and great quality work.

We came home from a week away, to the smell of something dead under the house. I called Alyson at Evergreen Pest Control the next morning. She told me Sam, who had a full schedule, could fit us in that morning since he was in our area. Sam was awesome! He did a full inspection, found the points of entry, and the rat, dead and laying in the warm heater duct. Sam was very thorough, took pictures, disposed of the rat and told us how they could fix our problems. We highly recommend Evergreen and Sam for their prompt and professional service! No hard sell, just the truth with solutions!

I manage Lake Padden Golf Course in Bellingham, we use EPC for monthly services amd have been very happy. We recently had an outbreak of bees nest around our main building with multiple guests being stung. I called and Alyson in the office was super helpful. The technician Kristoff came out the same day to remove our bee nests. Thank you EPC!
