We had our initial service with Vertex today and Adam was our technician. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He explained the process clearly, answered all of our questions, and paid close attention to detail while treating our home. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and making sure customers feel confident in the service. This pest control company is a class act company. They have the knowledge to preform pest control services through out treasure valley. The service people are very professional and very good conversational with us clients. The company must be well ran by the owners because the service techs are happy with their job. A happy service tech makes a great service tech for there customers.

Vertex is the best! They are such a family oriented business and truly do a wonderful job. We never have to worry about spiders, wasps or any other type of unwanted bug which gives such peace of mind. All of the technicians are amazing- we have had a few over the years. Currently, Melody is our gal and she is so kind, thoughtful and thorough! We would highly recommend Vertex to anyone looking for a pest control company.
