Unitech Pest And Termite Services

I have been a Unitech customer for several years. I use their services at my personal home and at the apartment complex I manage. They are professional, punctual, and they go above and beyond to make sure our community is pest free! All of the employees are knowledgeable and they always come prepared. I highly recommend Unitech for any and all pest control needs - personal property, multifamily, or commercial. They do it all! Update 7/2/25 - I wanted to give another shout out to Unitech. They came to my rescue again. After moving into a new apartment, I found some troubling insect activity and freaked out. I immediately called Unitech to come out and do an inspection. Kathy got me on the schedule within 24 hours and Allen spoke to me over the phone to reassure me that I was probably just seeing critters that wandered inside. He also looked at some pictures I sent him and confirmed that the type of insects I saw are not the type to worry about. Terry came out to the property and was on time and professional as always. He took his time checking the entire apartment inside and out. He applied a preventive treatment and set some glue boards to monitor any activity. He also took the time to explain how the bugs might be getting in, what to do going forward, gave me extra glue boards, and reassured me that the bugs I saw are not harmful. I can't thank the team at Unitech enough for their help. I have peace of mind now and will feel more comfortable in the new space. If you need any type of pest control, call Unitech. My tech was an hour late. Didn’t explain the payment process he just took my card said I was ok now I’m getting charge for a service I thought I paid for months ago! Why not call if my bill wasn’t paid in full! Communication could be better on both ends from the tech and from the home office. This is my time second using this company and both services was almost a year apart and don’t get me wrong my ants are gone but I wish it was better communication skills from this company won’t come back again.

Just had Robert come out to spray and he was really amazing! I can't say anything but GREAT things about this company. Very reassuring and gives you peace of mind. He went through everything and verified my concerns. Truly thankful for them. My neighbor was also amazed and asked for the info. Thank you again!

Unitech has been our go-to pest control service for many years. Kathy is always a joy to work with on the scheduling side and their pest services have always been effective. Robert was our tech most recently - he was thorough, kind, and got the job done quickly. I'm thankful to have found Unitech and highly recommend!

Unitech was great from start to finish! Ms. Kathy was very professional, patient, and understanding on the phone despite my frustration. And Robert was amazing! Very professional company. I started working with them for a client through my work. They are very caring. Nolmin Sequeira was the tech that went to my client's home and I can say enough good things about how he took care of her. Kathy, in the office is great to work with also. I would highly recommend them.

Just had them come treat our house for spiders and ants. They were very good about being on time. Michael was a very friendly professional worker. You could tell he liked his job and was very knowledgeable as well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be spreading the word to family/friends around the area!
