We’ve been with Arrow for several years now. Office staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Tori, in particular, gives us a reminder call before monthly service date to confirm. Much appreciated. Our technician, Steven, is the best! He’s polite and respectful with our tenants and is very observant. He will let us know about problems, or potential problems, and offers solutions. We’re very pleased with Arrow’s service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

Kenneth was amazing and professional and tool care of our extermination needs inside and out in a timely manner- and asked that we let them know if we see anything that may need further attention. I have been with Arrow Exterminators for several years and they are always top-notch. I have several different services with them, but the gentleman that came out today, Brad, was here to verify that I had no issues with any critters getting into my attic. He was kind enough to explain to me that there was nothing up there in the way of tracks, and that he did a thorough search as well for light coming in or anything else that could’ve been a sign of an issue. He also explained to me what to look for if I ever thought there were issues with something being in the walls. And he gave me a few other potential explanations for some of the noises i have heard. He really helped put my mind at ease. This is the kind of service I’ve always gotten from Arrow Exterminators, including my service technician Daniel, who is always top-notch as well. I won’t ever use anybody but Arrow!

We have used Arrow since 2019 and have always had excellent service. Will Copeland has been our technician for the last couple of years. He is always helpful and making sure all our needs are met. We appreciate the service he provides.

Arrow is a reliable and professional extermination business. Cory is very respectful as well as informative about the chemical application he provides. He does an excellent job both inside and outside our home. Always very careful and thorough when performing his job!
