Two guys names Brandon did a fabulous job letting me know every part of the process and were able to answer any questions that I had. They sent me photos of the work to ensure it was done. This company is able to prevent any sort of pest from bothering your house or your yard. Better safe than sorry if you ask me! Great job. They also left a trap for rats which have been an issue in our neighborhood.

I was really impressed that Andy had given me notice he was coming and was there within the 5 minutes he told me. I had a little chat with him about what was going I haven't he was very knowledgeable very friendly very honest and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. While he was here she literally took pictures of every area that he worked on and it sent them to my messaging so that I knew exactly where he was and what he was doing at all times. That was impressive I would give Andy a plus 11 out of 10. I hope in future he will be the same person doing the service for my house. I was very much impressed with him

Love the company Aptive and the service they provide. They have a great safe product which works that anybody can trust. And bonus, they really care about customer service. The Tech Sean and the Buffalo/Syracuse Manager are great! Sean is very respectful and really cares for his customers. Sean should teach a course on customer service as he is top notch. I had a great experience with this Aptive ! From the start, the technician was professional and thorough. He personally called me to ask about my specific concerns, which I really appreciated. On the day of the service, he sent a text reminder the day before and gave me a heads-up just a few minutes before he arrived—great communication! He took the time to take pictures of the areas he sprayed and followed up with a detailed text after the service. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I feel confident and well taken care of, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and attentive pest control service.

Door‑to‑door warning – please read the contract, not the sales pitch. Do not believe a single word their salespeople tell you at your front door. The only thing that matters is what is written in the contract when you later try to cancel. Customer service does not care what the salesperson promised you verbally; they will ask for written proof, and if it is not in the contract, you are out of luck. If someone from Aptive shows up, either say "no thanks" and close the door, or, if you are still interested, refuse to sign anything on the spot and read the entire contract very carefully and in detail on your own time.

Aptive has continued to be incredible. They are super helpful and always go above and beyond for any issue we have had in our new house. We have had multiple issues with various insects and they have taken care of them all. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this Aptive! I recently am a new first time homebuyer and have came into an issue with rodents and yellow jackets. I called looking for a quote to see if I can get some services as soon as possible. Not only was I helped over the phone with pricing, I was given a new customer deal discount to help me pay for my first time service Which help tremendously. I was given a great monthly rate, they came out less than a week and treated the interior and exterior of my home all for a great price. I am more than happy with my services. The gentleman they sent out was so helpful and kind, he also sent pictures of the services he provided at the end of the Appointment.
