I could not have been more pleased with the service Buffalo Exterminators provided to my family. The company is professional, caring, and has a wealth of knowledge. Rob went out of his way to help our family, calling and texting whenever we had questions. Brandon worked carefully and was also willing to take the time to answer questions. Jon was supportive and thorough as well. This is an outstanding company with excellent leadership and workers. I am switching to Buffalo Exterminators for all of our needs in the future. I highly recommend Buffalo Exterminators!!

Timothy did an amazing job and put in extra effort to remove and treat a large yellow jacket nest from our garage rafters. In addition to responding on short notice and on a Saturday, Timothy arrived on time and was courteous and extremely thorough. We would highly recommend and use Buffalo Exterminating in the future. Nest was in my eves and Joshua was wonderful! The nest was on both sides and he was very thorough, professional and right on time. I highly recommend this company!

This company is a complete scam. One of their representatives spoke with me over the phone and quoted a price of $255 plus tax. But when he arrived at the shop, he suddenly raised the price to $295 plus tips. He also made me pay a $100 non-refundable deposit over the phone, refused to return it, and left without providing any service. I feel totally taken advantage of.

Excellent service! John was very efficient in handling our bee problem and explained everything he was going to do beforehand. I was especially impressed that they were able to come out for service the very same day I called. Highly recommend this company!

Called to schedule a yellow jacket removal. That was done easily. Fees were clearly discussed with no overselling of extra services. Tim arrived slightly ahead of scheduled time. He explained what he was going to do, what we needed to do or not do and what our expectations should be. He completed task as stated. It was nice dealing with such a professional company and staff.
