Orkin

I have a number of dogs who love to bark whenever anyone is near. A couple big ones who sound scary, but they are big babies. Never the less it isn't an easy task to service my house. So I appreciate the patience shown.

We had Mario as our Orkin Technician. He explained the treatments that he would be applying. Mario was quick and efficient. Excellent customer service.

Michael was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough and polite. He gets five stars . The only reason I put four was because of the confusion of trying to get someone out here

Jorge is a class act. He was courteous, professional and explained each step to me so I could understand what him and his trainee were doing. I was also pleased to learn that he will be the regular guy servicing the house and it won’t be a different guy literally every single time like the previous company. Orkin is a great choice.

I absolutely love Orkin and my experience with Andrew has been phenomenal! They have taken care of all my termites, rodents and ant problems. They are always there when I call and keep following up until the job is a success. Thank you so much for all you do!

Terrible!! Had them at my last home and the technician was lazy, came at the wrong time and then left the gate open and my dog got out. Tried again out of desparation and another lazy guy wouldn’t treat the ants inside. When I told him the lady on the phone that I originally called said I could have them treated, he said, she’s from Atlanta. Stay away!! Total ripoff
