Hughes Exterminators

We use Hughes for all our pest & yard needs!! The technicians are always knowledgeable & helpful with any questions/concerns we may have. They arrive on the scheduled days and call shortly before arriving ( dog). Our lanai & house are bug-free thanks to Hughes!! Our neighbor had been using Hughes for many years and I'm so happy she recommended them to us as well!!

So 18 months and many times of "give us a couple more months to fix the problems", you would think my lawn would look half decent. It's plagued by fungus and still have alot of weeds. Even had mangers to the home to inspect. They say the soil is to wet, turn sprinklers off. We'll I have followed every instruction to the tee and we still have the fungus brown grass problem. Then they say that my lawn holds too much water. Neighbors on both sides do not have the issue. Waste of money and time! Very poor communication skills as well!!! Time to move on to so.eone who will actually address the root cause of the problems and then control the process.

We’ve had Hughes Exterminators service our home for the past couple of years and we have been very pleased with the service. I believe that every successful business has their employees to thank, which is why I want to mention Aaron. He’s come to my home on several occasions now & each time I’ve opened my door to him I have been greeted with a big smile. He genuinely cares about the people and homes he visits and it shows. I rarely write reviews, but when I do it’s because of people like Aaron. I hope he receives the recognition he deserves as this company is lucky to have him as a representative.

I have used Hughes for several years now for my personal home and I refer them to all of my clients. I have never had a bad experience. Today my tech was Joshua- He was smart, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Joshua for making the start of my week a pleasurable one.

In my opinion & experience with this business has been very unprofessional and their products do not render the job. The business charged for service not performed. Shady operation!

Hughes has been amazing. We recently bought as house in Florida and had no idea what we were getting into! Joshua did a free inspection and provided us with several suggestions, without being pushy or "selling" us anything. All of them were helpful. He gives us very professional and unbiased opinions about what treatments we need and do not need, and always follows up with us. He always goes the extra mile. He also referred us to Deb at Hughes - who came out and treated many of our trees for various issues, and she was also amazing - so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful She went above and beyond. Had an excellent experience using Hughes Exterminators! Joshua was able to come out right away for our termite inspection. He has a very professional and positive attitude. He performed a very thorough inspection and was happy to answer all of our questions. You can tell that he genuinely enjoys what he does and expresses gratitude in earning new business!
