SECURITY TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

After having my house tented, buying the warranty and monthly treatment packages, there is live termite larvae still in the house and ant colonies are spreading throughout the property. The company’s response was to dismiss me and try to weasel out of having to take any action, despite my warranty and monthly treatment plan. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Chase the representative was very professional and very complete, giving us a honest answer if we had termites or not! Which we don’t, they were flying ants! Thank you so much we appreciate it and if we have any further past issues, we will certainly contact you!

All together I have paid this company over $7500 for their termite services. I was verbally told that there would be additional charges for the warranty AFTER 12 months. Sales rep switched companies and when providing the new quote, which was over a thousand dollars higher than the previous one, did not make it clear that the new company started charging immediately after services were rendered. They will not refund me for the "warranty" services, for which they did absolutely no work. They charged me over $87 per month for one property and $20 per month for another property immediately after the termite tape and seal services were completed. They charged cards that I did not authorize them to have a reoccurring payment on. They did not invoice me each month, notifying me of the recurring charge and I was very surprised to see how many months I had already paid. Very misleading sales rep and contract. They word the first 6 months as a "mandatory warranty", giving them the ability to keep charging your card indefinitely. How can a warranty be forced upon consumers? They clearly do this to get the ability to keep charging your card every month. After the "mandatory warranty" is up, they do not follow up with the consumer and ask if they want to continue with the optional warranty. There must be 100s or even 1000s of people still unknowingly paying for their "optional warranty". The company clearly does not stand by their services because why would I need to pay for a warranty the month after treatment? If I had an issue the day after treatment they would do nothing if I wasn't under warranty??? Absolutely ridiculous!

Appreciate the help but for the amount of time I sat there making sure everything was ready and out of there way which they said it was all perfect yet I come home to my stuff being thrown everywhere and broken very disappointed

We have had their service for quite awhile now. I usually wait months to review a company to make sure they are consistent and attentive once a company has secured your business. You cannot go wrong with Security Pest. Techs are efficient, clean cut, personable and knowledgeable. They will take the time to explain any process and plan they have for you. Will come back at no charge for any problem, whether it is weather related or whatever. Office personnel is attentive and caring. Very professional company, reasonable, too.

I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family. I had a horrible experience; they indeed seemed like they didn't care about my problem. I paid almost four hundred dollars for them to catch only three rats, a hundred dollars per rat.
