Casey was very helpful & even though he was here to just give an estimate when I told him we were having problems with piss ants & spiders he sprayed around our windows. He was able to get someone out the very next morning to spray the inside & outside of the house too.

Everybody at Northwest Exterminating in Carrollton was phenomenal! From the receptionist who took my call and answered all of my questions to the Exterminator who came out to my house everybody was extremely professional and respectful of my time! They were able to handle the situation I was having with pests at my home and I am extremely happy with the service! I will definitely recommend Northwest Exterminating to anyone needing Pest Control services!

He contacts us letting us know when he will be servicing our home & asks if there is anything else we need! If so, he handles that promptly! Also, we have never had to contact him to come back out for any servicing issue! You won't go wrong going with Northwest!

The treatments seem to be quite effective, so we're never plagued by repeated appearances of insects and bugs. If we do, however, the follow-up services are quick, easy and friendly to schedule and complete. The entire staff and services are great, however Jace is the real key to our satisfaction. He's polite and professional, very pleasant and efficient. He knows the routine and takes care of the service with a minimal disruption, and follow-up visits are always equally pleasant. Great service all the way around.

Northwest has always been reliable. I appreciate that they call when they are on the way, and they do a good job keeping my home pest free.

Our technician, Randy, has been with us for a while and we hope to keep him!! He found evidence (complete with pictures he took on his cell phone) of bats in our attic and had the problem resolved very quickly (no bats were harmed!). This last time Randy was here, he found a few water drops on a board in our attic where water trickled down from where a screw had backed out from our 26 year old metal roof. We appreciate him bringing these issues to our attention- otherwise, we'd never know about them! We hope to keep Randy for a long, long time!!

Very Professional from start to completion. Made sure yellow jackets were gone and came back to remove the nest.
