I called to schedule an appointment in which I received quickly but after that everything else went down the drain. This is the most WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EXPERIENCE. The supposedly manager STORMY to start does not hold any accountability to her staff as to reaching back out to the client. I stayed on hold for over an hour and left a message from another phone as still had to contact them back. I will not spend one cent with those who cant even give you a quote for their services. No to add the technician John/Brian seems to make up their prices and thats not whats advertised. For those who use them and was satisfied good for you but I am NOT RUNNING behind NO one to give my money away too and are not a professionally ran establishment.

Great company and service! Owner was helpful with detailed answers, receptionist was always polite and quick to answer when scheduling over the phone and Patrick was able to service our house without waking our baby. I highly recommend.

I can actually call and get someone on the phone! The office staff is kind and provides follow up! The technicians are on time, professional, and provide a thorough treatment plan. Follow up appointments have been scheduled timely, and communication throughout the process has been initiated by Cayce staff rather than me having to call for updates! I find Cayce Exterminating to have provided competitive pricing and quality service.

I had a wonderful experience with Brett Van Horn (owner), and Trent (inspector), during an inspection for a client of mine during their due-diligence period. Trent was such a pleasure to work with - he was knowledgable, genuine, kind, and informative - I learned a lot during the experience, which will help me serve my clients in the future. Will highly recommend to any of my friends, family, buyers, and sellers, and neighbors!

We had an unexpected termite problem and they were able to fit us in as soon as possible for an inspection. Once done, our inspector scheduled us in for the rest and they maintained contact with us every step of the way. Everyone was super thorough, professional and most of all kind. Their customer service was spot on and they provided reasonable prices. I would highly recommend using Cayce Exterminating.
