Mike is great and has been taking care of our property for a while now. He is attentive to detail and always asks how things are going on the property and in the house to know how to best take care of us. X out pest services is lucky to have an employee that cares so much about details and customer service. Mike is always happy and friendly!

We use X-Out for our rental properties and Caleb noticed that we had guests in our Airbnb property and reached out to me to ensure it was a good time for us. I asked that we move the date to Monday and he handled it all for me, phenomenal service!

Caleb has been nothing short of amazing. We tried numerous other pest services throughout the years and no one was able to make a dent in the ant problem on our property until Caleb came along. Always courteous, has a plan of action, and is great with communication. Truly a fantastic company to work with. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Mike has been amazing. Every single time he comes out to do our regular services he inquires how things are going, if we are having any specific issues and talks through the best treatment plan. More recently we have experienced an increase of bees in our backyard and while that isn’t ideal - the problem goes a big deeper for us. One of our pups has a life threatening allergy to them which puts us on constant red alert about them.
