I had a great experience with Sun Lakes Pest Control! My technician, Carl, was on time, very friendly, and incredibly informative. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions. I especially appreciated how cautious and considerate he was around my dog — it really showed he cared. Highly recommend their service!

Stephanie is very efficient, friendly, and informative. She was out today for our quarterly treatment and was great. To make an appointment is an easy phone call, the office sends a reminder, the tech shows up promptly, and billing is handled by email. The whole process is quick and efficient. Marvelous service from Stephanie! She was super prompt; inquired about the effectiveness of the previous service call; did a thorough job, and even pushed my empty garbage bin up the driveway for me! Very pleasant person who clearly cares about customer service.

Very personable young man. Respectful of our property. He came to do our bees and they have been a challenge. Today he did the overall pest/bug control of the yard. I believe if we have any issues he will come back. We have used this company for over 20 years.
