HomePro Pest Control has been my contracted pest inspection company for a number of years. They have been consistently professional, competent, and friendly. I would like to commend them further, however, for a recently completed, very large, and complicated project. The project also involved scheduling another company, etc. HomePro was very accommodating, pleasant, professional, and flexible. I never felt pressure from them directly, which helped with my stress. One employee, Zack, responded immediately when I contacted him regarding an issue. Then, he made the time to come, and personally do hard, (in a nasty, dirty area)work for a number of hours to resolve the issue, and not disturb the next company's work schedule. He also had a wonderful attitude. There were others during this entire project, but I don't recall everyone's name... Brenton Hill met with me many times, and was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and professional. Michelle (office)was always pleasant, ready to offer helpful suggestions, and be flexible with scheduling. Another person that performed above expectation was Jesse. I regret that I cannot specifically mention any others, but my experience with each one was of a high caliber work and attitude. Follow up from this team was also wonderful and reassuring to experience. I am confident I can depend upon their business integrity should any future issues arise.

I am a local agent and have been using HomePro for several years and they always come through! They are honest and trustworthy from their inspections, to their treatments and their work. Their inspectors and technicians are personable and well trained - customer service and follow up is great as well! Other agents and clients ask for recommendations and I always suggest HomePro Pest Control first!

I really recommend HomePro! I was looking for a service that was sort of "set and forget". They call me right before they come on a quarterly basis and ask if there are any specific needs, and if anything happens within that time frame (after the first visit of the season) my tech will come for free to take care of it. We had signed up initially for maintenance and because of an ant problem. Our ant problem is pretty much gone at this point. Shortly after my dog got fleas. Instead of panicking I called Home Pro. He was out shortly to spray our home, inside and out. The issue was taken care of and I’m so grateful!

Have been using Home Pro for quite a while now w no significant complaints or problems. It's quite rare for me to have to call to set up another treatment bc the products they use seem to be very effective. Everyone I speak to on the phone are always polite and especially patient. A special thank you to Zachary Scott who actually did my initial treatment and welcoming me to the program. Im so glad that he's able to come by to treat my home once in a while. He's ever so friendly and fun to talk to. Not to mention his professionalism in getting the job done and done right. He truly exceeds his customer service skills which many in society lack these days. Thanks Zack for just being awesome overall!
