Cruz Control Termite Co

This company was hired by the seller of the house that I had just moved into. They were supposed to come out and seal up all entry points where rodents typically enter and then clean and sanitize. They didn't do the job right the first time, so they came out again. I wish I had thought to take pictures of the kind of job they did, but I already fixed it myself. They did seal up some of the entry points, but there were very obvious entries that they didn't do anything to fix. As a matter of fact, when I went pulling into the driveway the 1st week I was there, I saw a squirrel crawl right through one of the openings. So they were paid $1300.00 to come out twice, and still didn't get the job done. I don't know if it's because they are lazy, or if they wanted rodents to still get in so they can charge me a monthly service fee to come out and check traps they set. I would never recommend them, and I don't trust anyone to do the job after that.

The company was schedule to fix siding. They replaced most of dry wood and painted the new siding with not mached color. They stained floor window and destroyed plans in the garden. They didn't bother to nail some nailes in and some wood they replaced is warped. They stated they cut the wood to exact size of previous one but the new one left huge gap between .

I recently had termite damage repairs and fumigation done on my house. Because my experience with this company was great; I had to give them props for a great job and recommend them to family and friends that may have termite issues.
